Unley crime rate down

SAPOL has just released a high level report on the crime trend in Unley over the five years, 2008-2012.

The downward trend is comforting.

There is a 16.3% reduction from the previous year.

Given that all of the information is readily available in a SAPOL database, why does it take almost 1.5 years to publish the information?
