Media report, misconduct @ Unley

The issue of Unley Councillor Michael Hewitson and his breach of confidentiality has growing interest in the community. It is unfortunate in that it turns the media spotlight on Unley for all the wrong reasons.
From recollection, this is the most serious incident of misconduct @ Unley Council.
It is the first incident that dealt with misconduct in public administration within the meaning of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Act.
