Burp the Kraut

The art of krauting vegetables is gaining popularity. It's so easy.
The preparation is a good way to release tension; by the squeezing, punching, bashing and smashing the vegetables.
The end product is a low cost and good tasting ferment; ideal to add to many dishes. I enjoy it on the side with eggs and bacon/mushrooms 😋
