Quince paste

The quince paste has been made (using home grown fruit of course).
It’s a glorious ruby red in colour.
A dash of pomegranate juice was added to enhance the colour.
The taste is just fantastic.
Yes it takes a lot of preparation and cooking, but the end result is worth it.
