Lingering holiday

Just back from a holiday in Tasmania.
Fond food memories are smoked Atlantic salmon and Leatherwood honey.
Smoked Tassie salmon can easily be found in home town Adelaide.
I brought some leatherwood honey back home with me.
Superb on toast for brekkie.
I have found a supplier of Tasmanian leatherwood honey in the Central Market.
So the Tassie holiday memories will linger.
It's important to not lose those memories.
